About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the services of Primara 365 LLC, doing business as LaCo Media ("LaCo Media", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

What we do

We find homeowners who ask for help with their home and send them to contractors. We do not perform contracting work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a homeowner.

Pricing and billing

You pay for the homeowners we send you at the price we agree with you before you start. Prices start at $55 per homeowner and depend on area. There is no retainer and no contract. A one time setup fee applies and is explained before you start. A failed card pauses sending until it is fixed.

Replacements

If a homeowner we send is a bad lead, we replace it free within the next month. A bad lead is a wrong or disconnected number, a homeowner who never asked to be contacted, a duplicate, or a homeowner outside the area you asked for. A homeowner who does not answer is not a bad lead.

No promise of results

We send you homeowners who asked for help. We do not promise how many will become jobs or any amount of revenue. That depends on your pricing, speed and service.

Your responsibilities

Contact homeowners lawfully and respectfully, follow all laws that apply to your trade and to calls and texts, hold the licenses your work requires, and use homeowner information only to respond to their request.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy it for resale. The content is ours unless stated otherwise.

Limits

The site and service are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
